While on Kirtland Air Force Base I was asked if I could do a Sacred Heart of Jesus Doorhanger. This woman stated at her church they do monthly devotions and in June it was the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Someone had flags to put outside of homes but ran out before she received one. She said she would like something bigger on her door and that would last. With the wind and sun in Albuquerque, a flag could get ruined. 
This piece has my heart feeling a certain way. I'm so glad she challenged me in the nicest way possible. My mom has a picture of The Sacred Heart of Jesus. I'm so thankful and humbled by my gift of painting today.
